A support form that asks only what matters
Name, email, platform and the problem. Add a screenshot if it helps. Your request goes straight to the team.
Open the real formDescribe the problem once. We check whether the platform is struggling, walk you through the fix and tell you where to escalate when it needs their own team.
Live status for the wallets and exchanges people ask us about most. Open one to read reviews or ask for help.
No account to create and no ticket maze. You describe the problem, we do the checking.
Pick the platform, describe the issue and attach a screenshot if you have one.
Platform status, network congestion and known problems with the same symptoms.
A plain-language fix, or the exact thing to tell the platform’s own team.
Use your reference code to see progress and replies whenever you like.

New to crypto? See which platforms people rate highest before you put money in.
Fake support agents are the most common way people lose funds. Learn the five rules that keep you safe.
Read the rulesIf yours looks like one of these, you are in good company, and there is usually a clear way through.
Stuck sends, low fees and transfers that never confirm.
Funds sent but not showing in your balance yet.
Slippage errors, reverted trades and gas spent for nothing.
Two-factor problems, suspended logins and reset loops.
KYC stuck in review or rejected without a clear reason.
Balances stuck at zero or tokens that do not appear.
Why a fee is so high and how to pay less next time.
Suspicious links, fake support messages and drained approvals.
The 14 largest coins by market cap. Prices refresh every minute while you are on the page.
Rankings come from reviews written by people who actually used each platform. If you are new, start from the top and read what they say.
Compare every platformStill my go-to for DeFi. Switching networks is quick and the transaction preview now shows what you are approving.
Fast and tidy, and the transaction preview catches odd approvals. Great for Solana apps.
Moved my BNB and a couple of tokens over from an exchange and they showed up within a minute. Adding a custom token took me two tries, but the in-app steps were clear.
Straightforward interface and a clear fee schedule. Funding by bank transfer has been reliable.
Spot and earn products are easy to find. The derivatives screen is a lot if you are new, so I stayed away until I understood it.
Buying with a bank transfer was simple and the confirmation emails are clear. Identity verification took a day longer than I expected.
Having a wallet and an exchange in one app is convenient. The menus are dense, though.
Setup is quick and the activity feed is easy to read. I mostly use it to hold Bitcoin.

Ask a questionRelaydesk is an independent help desk for people using crypto wallets and exchanges. You tell us what went wrong, we check whether the platform is having problems, and we give you clear next steps or point you to the right official channel.
No. We are independent and have no access to your accounts or to any platform’s internal systems. We help you understand the problem, prepare a good request and know where to take it next.
Never. Anyone who asks for those, including someone using our name, is trying to steal your funds. Do not type them into our forms or into the chat.
The platform, what you were trying to do, what happened instead and any error message. If a transaction is involved, include its hash. A screenshot helps, but hide balances, addresses you want to keep private and any recovery words before you upload it.
No one can reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction, including us. What we can do is help you work out where the funds are, whether a delay is normal and which options are realistic.
Live chat is answered as soon as someone on the team is online. Requests sent through the support form are reviewed in the order they arrive, and you can follow progress with your reference code.
After you submit the form you get a reference code that starts with RD. Enter it on the request tracking page to see the current status and any reply from the team.
We watch official status pages and the problems people report to us. When several users hit the same issue at the same time, the platform is flagged with a short note explaining what is affected.
Each rating is the average of reviews left by users on that platform’s page. Reviews are checked for spam and removed if they break the rules.
Enter a transaction code from a Relaydesk receipt to see its status, or a request reference to open your request. For other hashes and addresses it tells you what the value looks like, and you can send it to us with a support request while full network tracking is on the way.
It can be. Fees that are too low, a congested network or an exchange that has not yet processed a withdrawal are the usual causes. Send us the hash and the platform and we will tell you which one it looks like.
The ones people ask about most are listed on the platforms page. If yours is missing, choose Other in the support form and type its name.
They are used to handle your request and nothing else. Screenshots are stored with our image host and can be deleted when a request is closed.
It takes about two minutes. Include the platform, what you tried and any transaction hash you have.
