Genesis

It is clearly built for institutions and it shows. Not very friendly if you are an individual user.

Execution on larger orders was smooth. The interface is basic but it gets the job done.

Onboarding took a while and asked for plenty of documents. Once I was set up it was fine.

Hard to find help when I had a question. Relaydesk pointed me to the right contact so I did not have to guess.

Fine for what I needed it for. I would not suggest it to someone just starting out.
